The Catalyst Team:

The Catalyst Team was created with the recognition that the Cause Marketing Model should be implemented with full knowledge and understanding of the variety of Partners and Strategies that are necessary to the success of a Cause Marketing Campaign.
We have discussed the importance of the Cause - represented by the Community Organization(s); the Media - ensuring Awareness and Publicity of the Campaign; the Corporations - delivering the necessary funding for the Campaign; Education - creating Understanding among children, adolescents, parents, and teachers; the Foundations - adding credibility and funding to the Campaign; and finally Government - strengthening the Campaign with Advocacy, Credibility, Funding, and Publicity.

Catalyst has assembled a Team of individuals whose talents and experience provide the expertise to meet the unique requirements of these Strategic Cause Partnerships.

Company Overview:
We are dedicated to continuing the legacy of Millard Fuller, our inspirational leader for 40 years and the Founder of The Fuller Center for Housing in 2005. Millard Fuller also Founded and then led Habitat for Humanity from 1976-2005.

In just four years, Millard led the Fuller Center to have Covenant Partners in 47 cities around the U.S. and 13 countries overseas. Following his sudden entering of the Lord's rest on February 3, 2009, we have redoubled our efforts and re-committed ourselves to carrying forward the Fuller Center ministry he began.

Fuller Center projects are building and renovating homes across the country and around the world with those in need. Millard always said that he had never seen an organization grow like the Fuller Center has. We are an ecumenical Christian movement that welcomes anyone who wants to join with us to eliminate poverty housing.

There are countless opportunities for involvement, such as by organizing a Student Builders group or work team, involving your church or work place and working locally, traveling overseas with our Global Builders program, or even by riding a bicycle as part of our Fuller Center Bicycle Adventure!

But whether swinging a hammer, writing a check, or riding a bike, by all means get involved. And perhaps most of all, help us spread the word!

Audrey Patterson- Ark Marketing
Audrey Patterson is the principal of Ark Marketing. She brings decades of results-based experience to an organization. Started in 2003, Ark Marketing’s mission is to define and understand the critical outcomes required for real success, then develop and provide effective solutions based on bringing together the essential skills, insights and innovation necessary for that specific project. Her resume includes local, statewide and national projects. She has a group of specialists that include media buyers and marketing geniuses, artists, writers, graphic animators and radio and television producers.
Strategic Marketing Plans: Ark Marketing has been implementing strategic plans for organizations as a way to learn more about the customer. This helps provide both focus and direction for a company – think of it as a blueprint for success with metrics.
Cohesive Media Planning: Ark Marketing is proactive, not reactive. We are constantly evolving our strategies to take advantage of the latest media opportunities. We are leaders in the constantly changing world of communications and look for the best places to spend your advertising and marketing dollars.
Implementation of Marketing and Media Plans: Ark Marketing oversees every aspect of a media plan for an organization including negotiation, placement and trafficking of ads for traditional media, creating value-added opportunities and media partnerships, post-air evaluations, SEO campaigns, PPC campaigns, text messaging, direct mail, e-mail campaigns and permission marketing programs.
Creation and Implementation of Cause Marketing Campaigns: Ark Marketing works with organizations that want to “do good” in the community. We specialize in public-private partnerships where profit and non-profit companies join together for a common goal. Whether it’s to raise awareness, educate or fundraise- we design and build programs that create a synergy much more powerful than any individual company can create on its own.
Development of business and consumer collateral materials and commercial production: Ark Marketing works with a pool of talented graphic designers, producers, writers and printers. We assist companies looking to create a brand or convey a message through print or broadcast. We have access to state-of-the-art facilities. All broadcast and print campaigns includes both English and Spanish languages. However we have the capability to work in up to seven different languages.
